HP has started shipping its Mini 5103 business laptop in the US for $399 and up. The HP Mini 5103 is virtually identical to the Mini 5102 except for the fact that it has new Intel Atom processors that support DDR3 memory. Her’s a quick rundown of the specs: * Processor: 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 or 1.83GHz Intel Atom N475 * Graphics: Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics * Memory: 1G to 2GB
