The HP Mini 5103 and Mini 210 netbooks are now available with dual core processors. The Mini 5103 is aimed at small and medium businesses whereas the Mini 210 is consumer-oriented. The base model of the Mini 5103 is priced at $399. For that price, you will only get a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, 1GB of RAM and 160GB hard drive. The base model with a 1.5GHz dual core Atom N550 costs $542
