Canonical has officially launched Ubuntu 10.10, the latest version of the popular Linux distribution. Both desktop and netbook editions of the Ubuntu 10.10 aka 'Maverick Meerkat' is now available for download from ubuntu.com for free. The Ubuntu 10.10 is aimed at home and mobile computing users. It also adds an array of online and offline applications to Ubuntu Desktop Edition. Ubuntu Netbook
